Owlglance

Terms of use

Updated October 19, 2026

These terms apply when you use the Owlglance app published by Vũ Đức Dân (Dan Vu) · DanAI.

What Owlglance is

An app that helps families build eye-rest habits around screens. Owlglance is not a medical device: it does not measure vision, diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it does not replace an eye exam.

Using it well

  • Grown-ups are responsible for the child profiles they create and the consents they give for a child.
  • Information such as a prescription or patching time is what you enter; Owlglance does not check or change it. Always follow your eye doctor’s instructions.
  • Take breaks somewhere safe. Do not use Owlglance while driving or doing anything that needs your eyes on the task.

Owlglance Family

  • Owlglance Family is an optional subscription sold through Google Play. Price, free trial and renewal are shown and handled by Google Play under its terms.
  • You can cancel at any time in Google Play. When the plan ends, your saved records stay readable, exportable and deletable; only the plan’s features lock again.
  • Refunds follow Google Play’s policies.

Your data

Your data lives on your phone as described in the Privacy policy. You are responsible for keeping your own exports; because backups are off, losing or resetting the phone can lose the data.

Content and ownership

The Owlglance name, the owl mascot (Bo / Cú Bông), images, sounds and the app’s code belong to the publisher. You may use the app for personal and family purposes.

Limitation of liability

Owlglance is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, the publisher is not liable for indirect damages arising from using the app. Nothing here limits the consumer rights you have where you live.
